BZora
Bzora
BZora, Inc. is a civic education and engagement nonprofit committed to expanding access to equity education and immersive civic experiences. For profit and larger not-for-profit organizations are usually able to hire DEI consultants and pay for workshops and trainings that serve as professional development for their employees and staff. Still, there are many individuals who are seeking to understand the world around them, develop a DEI lens, and deepen their personal analysis. Their efforts can be stymied because they’re not affiliated with an organization that can (or is willing to) provide the resources for them to participate in these professional development and personal education opportunities. That’s the community BZora seeks to serve.

Our Mission
BZora exists to make civic and equity education accessible; not as a privilege reserved for organizations with budgets for consultants and corporate trainings, but as a shared civic practice open to individuals, families, and communities. We build immersive, honest, and hopeful experiences that help people become more informed, more engaged, and more equitable participants in civic and community life.
